VIDEO CREATED by ELIA IGLESIAS ~~ Erté, was the epitomy of flamboyance and extravagance...He had an eye for a temptress type of feminine allure, exotic and full of eastern promise...He worked for 22 years at Harper's Bazaar where he created over 250 magazine covers...He designed stage sets and costumes for the girls of the Folies-Bergère in France and Radio City Music Hall in New York...He also designed for the opera and theatrical productions, and worked on film costume design at Metro-Goldwyn-Meyer in Hollywood...Erté was the prince of the music hall and the mirror of fashion...He lavishly clothed many of the most famous women of the day, including Lillian Gish, Marion Davies, Mata Hari, Joan Crawford, Norma Shearer and Anna Pavlova...
